Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the "Regulation"), this page describes the methods for processing personal data of users who consult the Giuliani Società Cooperativa website (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”).

The Data Controller does not want in any way to contribute to the spreading phenomenon of spamming on the Internet.

The controller adopts all the suitable security measures to prevent the unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data.

The data processing is carried out through IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases other subjects involved in the organization of this procedure (administrative and commercial personnel, system administrators) as well as external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal carriers, hosting providers, information technology companies, communication agencies)may have access to personal dataand may alsobe appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller. The updated list of the Data Processorsmay be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

LEGAL GROUNDSFORPROCESSING

The Data Controller processes personal data relating to the User in the event one of the following conditions:

  • the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes;
  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract with the User and / or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
  • the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
  • the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in exercise of official authority vested in the Controller
  • the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller or by third parties

It is however always possible to request the Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on the law, provided for in a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI / URL notation (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the User's computer environment.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processedin order to:

  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.

The navigation data are not retained for more than 1 month and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain criminal offenses by the judicial authorities).

Data communicated by the User

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Data Controller's contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of the forms on the website of the Controller, entails the acquisition of the sender's contact details, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems

We do not use cookies for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.

The Data Controller informs you that two types of cookies are usedon its website:

  2. persistent third-party cookies

1. Session cookies

The use of the so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the User's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to ensure safe and efficient site browsing.

2. Third-party cookies

Google Analytics and Google Maps cookies. This website uses Google Analytics exclusively for statistical purposes. The cookies in question collect information in aggregate form in order to monitor and analyze access to all areas of the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website is communicated to Google Inc. to whose website https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout you are expressly asked to refer to for further details and to disable their saving on the User’s terminal, since their use for navigation on our site is completely optional.

Any personal data contained in the cookies on our site are not disclosed and are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are applied to prevent the loss of data, their illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access or non-compliance with the purposes of collection.

The data concerning the User is collected to allow the Controller to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: statistics (anonymous data).

DATA RETENTION

The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

Therefore:

  • personal data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the execution of the contract is completed;
  • personaldata collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is met. The User can obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller.

When the processing is based on the consent of the User, the Data Controller may retain the personal data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep personal data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term the right of access, cancellation, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA

The data collected for the purposes indicated above will in no case be disseminated in the network or transferred to third parties, without prejudice to any legal obligations and technical needs related to the provision of the requested services.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Garante, i.e. the Italian Data Protection Authority, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (Articles 15 and following of the Regulation ). RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

The interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to appeal to the appropriate judicial body (Article 79 of the Regulation).
